If a well can be located on your
property, we will work with you on the placement of it
and the access road.
The pipeline right-of-way is only
granted if it carries gas you have a royalty interest in,
otherwise a separate right-of-way agreement will be
negotiated. As always, you have a say in the placement
of that pipeline.
We work with the landowner/oil
& gas owner.
